Cramer-Krasselt (C-K), one of the nation’s largest independent creative and data-driven agencies, continues bold investments in its unique model of comprehensive interconnectedness. A part of these investments includes hiring Nancy Maloney to lead the newly revamped Insight and Strategy discipline.

Maloney brings nearly 20 years of experience, working with brands such as AB InBev, Nike, KRAFT, Northern Trust and more. She most recently was head of strategy at VSA Partners’ Chicago headquarters, where she directed clients’ brand strategy and transformation initiatives, campaign development, go-to-market plans, and more.

“C-K has renamed its Brand Planning department to Insight and Strategy, as those are at the core of everything we do,” said Brian Nienhaus, EVP, managing director. “And Nancy is the perfect choice to lead it. She has real-world results across numerous categories, extensive research experience, and loads of empathy, curiosity and optimism. She truly knows how to bridge data and storytelling into a vision not just for our clients, but our agency as well.”

“C-K has been tremendously successful in creating powerful creative work for a very long time,” said Maloney. “There continues to be opportunity to deeply embed strategy into the full process of getting to outstanding creative work—strengthening our partnership with the creative teams, of course, but also working seamlessly with media, analytics, PR, social and production to bring our best ideas to life in ways that achieve clients’ brand and business goals. It’s all about harnessing the full power of the interconnected model that sets C-K apart.”
