Department outing.

We believe in making all types of friends.

We’re in a business that is supposed to create work that resonates with all types of people, so it’s important that our employees are reflective of the world we live in.

We are committed to the constant evolution of our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts in order to create opportunities that attract and support a wide variety of talent. Learn more about diversity, equity and inclusion at C-K.

Good friends give back.

C-Kers also spend countless hours giving back to the community.

Our flagship charity is Off The Street Club (OTSC), the oldest Boys & Girls Club in the city of Chicago. Throughout the year, we participate in the planning and execution of several key OTSC fundraising events, such as Swing for the Kids, the Firefly Ball, a summer bake sale and a holiday luncheon. We also participate in the Battle for Hope, the Chicago-area advertising agency battle of the bands. Our house band, the Angry Pickles, has won the Battle for Hope several times and helped raise thousands for OTSC in the process.

We also participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and non-profits such as St. John’s Open Door Café, Milwaukee Public Museum, Sojourner Family Peace Center, Movember and several others.

Make friends and grow.

Learn and grow quickly as you gain exposure to every discipline from programmatic media to PR to social, creative, analytics and more.

Being independent and integrated isn’t just a benefit to clients. It makes C-Kers some of the most knowledgeable and nimble marketers around.
