Sexual health is an important topic, and itβs crucial to make sure teenagers not only have the right information, but also the right protection. Wisconsin-based nonprofit Diverse & Resilient is looking to help local teens with that by creating special condom wrappers.
Working with agency Cramer-Krasselt, the Naughty Bag is filled prophylactics with packaging inspired by teen focus groups. With silly names like Pork Parka, Surge Protector, Snake Sweater and more, the packaging is designed to appeal to teens without being preachy or judgmental. The tactic is meant to help teens feel more comfortable using these preventative measures, addressing the issue that Milwaukee ranks first in chlamydia infections in the country, as well as having high rates of teen pregnancy and other STIs. These bags will be handed out in several locations throughout the city for free to anyone who needs them.
