Patricia Nathan

Pat has more than twenty years of experience working at agencies in Chicago and Los Angeles and brings extensive knowledge in production operations, infrastructure, and workflow protocol. Her subject matter expertise lies in project management planning, building and maintaining integrated production solutions, and process streamlining.

Prior to joining C-K, Pat worked at Leo Burnett as a project director on the McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Morgan Stanley and Kellogg’s accounts. Pat was responsible for helping to launch and grow the project management unit at Burnett. During her tenure there, Pat co-designed a proprietary project-tracking software system, managed and improved areas that impacted agency and client profitability, and drove organizational adherence to the project-development process.

While working as a senior principal at Publicis/Hal Riney, Pat received the prestigious Chairman’s L’Esprit Feroce Award. She also spent time partnering with an Oscar award–winning ECD in Los Angeles at Della Femina McNamee, working on Isuzu and the LA Dodgers accounts.

Pat has a bachelor of arts in sociology and certificate in project management from Loyola University in Chicago. She’s a member of the 4A’s Project Management Committee, one of the cofounders of ADEPT Creative Project Management and is a Hyper Island Master Class Alumni. She’s also a member of the Project Management Institute and ASQ.
