Chris Wexler

Chris doesn’t have your typical marketing background. From starting his career on Capitol Hill (ever so briefly), as an Off-Broadway producer (ever so broke), and Wall Street (way, way too long, it was 35 long dog years too long) he finally found his way to advertising in the early 2000’s. That background, however, came together perfectly for modern marketing with a combination of all things digital and technical, an understanding of what makes people tick, where and how they like to be talked to, and how to influence them in their decision-making.

It is a combination of data-driven decision making and creative problem solving that has led to a career of innovation and award-winning work on world class brands like Microsoft, Chipotle, General Mills, and Harley-Davidson. Chris builds client business-centric strategies that deliver results for clients by deeply engaging consumers.

Prior to joining C-K, Chris was the Managing Director of Compass Point Media (McCann Minneapolis) where he won a Jay Chiat Media Planning award in 2011 for his work on Chipotle Mexican Grill (“No Junk Lunch” and “Back To The Start”). Chris also has experience — and more awards — from his time at Crispin, Porter + Bogusky, working on Microsoft’s “I am a PC” campaign, Burger King’s “Whopper Sacrifice” app and VW’s Routan Babymaker 3000.
